Installation method of linear guide rail

The linear guide rail in the bearing exhibition is also called linear guide rail. The linear guide rail is a kind of rolling guidance. It makes an infinite rolling cycle between the sliding block and the guide rail by steel balls, so that the load platform can easily move linearly with high precision along the guide rail, and its friction coefficient can be reduced to 1 / 50 of the traditional sliding guidance, so that it can easily reach the positioning accuracy of UM level.






The final unit design between the sliding block and the guide rail enables the linear guide rail to bear the load in the up, down, left, right and other directions at the same time. The patented reflux system and the refined and simplified structural design enable the linear guide rail to move more smoothly and with low noise.






Linear guide rail (linear guide rail) is widely used in precision electronic equipment, tensile testing machine, digital three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment and other precision equipment, as well as sliding parts of industrial machinery such as multi axis machine tools, punch presses, tool grinders, automatic gas cutting machines, printers, card sorting machines, food packaging machines and so on.






1, Standard installation






(1) Before installing the linear guide rail, the rough edges, dirt and surface scars on the mechanical mounting surface must be removed. The linear guide rail is coated with anti rust oil before formal installation. Before installation, please clean the reference surface with cleaning oil before installation. Generally, after removing the anti rust oil, the reference surface is easy to rust, so it is recommended to apply lubricating oil for main shaft with low viscosity.






(2) Gently place the main rail on the bed, and use lateral fixing screws or other fixing tools to make the line rail fit gently with the lateral mounting surface. Before installation and use, confirm whether the screw holes are consistent. If the processing holes of the base are not consistent, forcibly lock the bolts, which will greatly affect the combination accuracy and use quality.






(3) Tighten the set screws of the slide rail slightly from the far end to the near end in order to make the rail slightly fit with the vertical mounting surface. After the vertical datum is slightly tightened, strengthen the locking force of the lateral datum, so that the main rail can indeed fit with the lateral datum.






(4) Use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the set screw of the slide rail according to the locking torque of various materials. When installing the slide rail, please select the locking torque according to the platform material and the model of the fixing screw. Please use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the slide rail bolts.






(5) Use the same installation method to install the auxiliary rail. Note that after the linear slide rail is installed on the sliding seat, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to limited installation space. The required accessories must be installed at this stage. (the accessories may be oil nozzle, oil pipe joint, dust-proof system, etc.).






(6) Gently place the mobile platform on the sliding seats of the main rail and auxiliary rail.






(7) First lock the lateral tightening screws on the mobile platform, and after installation and positioning, it will be carried out in the following order.






2, Installation of slide rail without lateral positioning assembly surface






(1) First place the guide rail on the plane, then gently fix the two end points of the guide rail with bolts, and place a ruler next to it. Place the ruler parallel to the guide rail, move the dial indicator along the ruler, measure the distance between A1 and A2, and fine tune the guide rail according to the ruler until the dial indicator counts as expected.






(2) Lock the screws successively from the far end to the near end. The locking torque of the screws shall refer to the torque table value in the above example. After all bolts are tightened, slide the dial indicator from one section of the guide rail to the other end to ensure parallelism. When there is no lateral positioning assembly surface, if the screws are installed from the middle of the guide rail, it is easy to cause slight s change of the guide rail due to the friction between the mounting bolt and the mounting hole It is recommended to lock the screws from the distal end to the proximal end.






(3) The guide rail that has just been completely fixed can now be used as a reference rail. Temporarily screw a screw on both ends of the driven guide rail. Then place a dial indicator on the two sliding blocks of the reference rail, move the dial indicator and lock the bolts of the adjustment rail from one end to the other while reading.






(4) Install the moving platform on the sliding block of the guide rail in sequence, push the platform to see whether it is smooth and whether it is stuck. If necessary, adjust the screws of the guide rail sliding block until it slides smoothly.






Precautions for installation of linear guide rail






1, Sometimes, just tilt the guide rail and the PI Ruijian slider will move, so be careful not to make the PI Ruijian slider fall off the guide rail.






2, Standard end caps are made of plastic If you knock or collide hard, it will be damaged, so you should pay attention to it.






3, PI Ruijian sliding block of interchangeable products (i.e. products with arbitrary matching of guide rail and sliding block) is provided by installing on temporary shaft Therefore, please pay attention when combined with PI Ruijian linear guide rail.






4, If all parts are disassembled without authorization, dust will enter or the combination accuracy of all parts will be reduced. Therefore, if it is not a last resort, please do not disassemble at will.
